Batman arrives at the new Orgham grounds (which used to be the ruins of Arkham Asylum) to investigate what the Orghams have been hiding directly underneath the land that ties Gotham to the family centuries back...including the existence of Batman. Then, in the backup, Gordon investigates the reason Sorrow can't be near Batman...and they find out the difficult way.

Forte questa storia ambientata nel passato, come dice MoS i personaggi sono sempre quelli ma cambiano gli attori. Il discorso di fondo resta sempre quello. C'è Gathome/Gotham e le figure che si aggirano per il territorio sono quasi le specchiature di quelle dell'era moderna, bene vs male, il dover fare la cosa giusta per un futuro migliore, la scelta dell'agire entro certi limiti,ecc..

Altro step in avanti per gli Orghams e di nuovo Ram V tira fuori qualcosa che li rende ancora una volta misteriosi e sul confine del mistico/paranormale. Si è capito ormai che le cose le vogliono e se le prendono e Bruce con la visita di un lupo vestito da pecora c'è dentro con entrambe le scarpe!
Molto toccante la parte con Mr.Freeze, la contrapposizione poi tra Nora e Gotham colpisce nel segno.

Il finale della mini di Harvey mi è piaciuto molto! Quante cose può fare il lato "sano" di Harvey, nonostante sia nettamente in minoranza? Qui è stato molto coraggioso e il pg potrebbe diventare micidiale se le due parti collaborassero insieme!

Quanto mi sta piacendo Harvey e la parte che gli stanno facendo recitare! Ha rubato il palcoscenico a tutti e sta procedendo per la strada della redenzione. Almeno con Bats, non riesce a tradirlo perché è l'unico amico che ha. Io spero continui così!

A tune that listens back

Spurrier procede con la storia di Gordon e del suo giovane protetto, questa volta ci sono novità sul caso e sul passato del ragazzo. Piaciuto anche questo capitolo.

Gran bel numero, Ram V mi sta piacendo un mondo e a modo suo sta anche usando diversi concetti usati anche da Morry, come una Gotham selfaware, un grid che continua a cambiare con un suo scopo ben specifico.
