Preview bellissima!
Harley Quinn, FINALMENTE, indossa il look da "roller derby" della omonima testata, e finalmente comincio a vedere la follia della Principessa Clown caratteristica di quel fumetto; Black Manta svolge sempre più la funzione di collante della squadra; Boomerang è un matto, e be'... è Captain Boomerang.

Sono contento del lavoro del nuovo disegnatore, Briones.

Disegni decisamente migliori di quelli di Hunter, ma sono un po' minimalisti.

New Suicide Squad was in need of a huge jump in quality following a string of lackluster issues, and in many ways issue #9 hits the mark. With a fresh start to go along with a new mission, writer Sean Ryan wisely strips down his cast for this new arc, focusing almost exclusively on the trio of Deadshot, Boomerang and Black Manta. The actual premise starts strong, Ryan focusing on the team's infiltration of a fanatical terrorist group that holds many real world similarities. While engaging, the issue doesn't get too far, as much of the focus is devoted to the string of brutalities leading up to the team's initiation. Artist Phillipe Briones manages to inject some moments of levity throughout the grisly proceedings, but by and large his duties are resigned to page after page of torture. It's a stronger narrative to be sure, but it's too early to say if it's better. -Jeff

Dannazione! Mentre stavo per finire di leggere l'albo speravo di poter vedere il leader di questa Lega nella splash-page finale e invece mi trovo: "Next: Meet the new Boss"
Comunque mi è piaciuto molto questo numero! Scopriamo questa Lega condivide molte cose con quella di Ra's, e ci sono certi ideali

Ho gradito anche le vicende di Boomerang e Manta, quest'ultimo sta cercando di conquistare la fiducia della Lega e...sta esagerando, spero che la cosa sia voluta
