Si prendono una pausa, è una roba che durerà solo due mesi, poi riprendono a raccontare le storie come prima.
Dovesse vendere bene, probabilmente qualcosa rimarrà.

Dopo questo "evento" ci sarà quasi sicuramente un rilancio DC, quindi vedremo.

Beh, essendo ambientato nel futuro non sarà niente di che, è un po' come abbiamo conservato una testata di Batman Beyond dopo Future's End, durata tantissimo tra l'altro e solo ora sta per concludersi con un #50.

Quindi visitare il futuro di Future State con qualche ongoing, tipo su questa nuova WW, una Amazon from the Amazon lol, sarebbe...fattibile.

Abbiamo già avuto Batman che non erano Bruce e, almeno per me, non è questo il problema. Personalmente, Luke Fox è un personaggio che non mi ha mai detto nulla, quindi già ne starei lontana in partenza. Poi, se anche non fosse lui non mi interesserebbe lo stesso. Abbiamo già un Batman del futuro, con la sua testata regolare. Tirarne fuori un altro, solo per metterne uno nero, la trovo una cosa squallida. Anche perché, se proprio volevano un Batman che rappresentasse una minority, abbiamo già Damian, e anche Cassandra. Davvero, non ne capisco il senso.

@MoS io punto sulla nuova WW come personaggio che resterà anche dopo. Vedremo come reggerà alla prova dei fatti.

Questa è LA ragione per cui lo status quo ritorna sempre.
Per via di noi lettori.
E perchè si parla di una ciclicità nelle/delle storie.

Quindi so bene che è un po' inutile dirlo, tuttavia io vi consiglierei comunque di abbandonare questa mentalità/modo di vedere le cose, perchè credetemi...vi capisco, però così facendo vi perdete un mondo di letture.

Proprio come voi, pure per me, Bruce Wayne sarà sempre e solo Batman e Batman sarà sempre e solo Bruce Wayne.
Ma a volte, il modo MIGLIORE per poter raccontare le storie su Bruce/Batman, sta appunto nel...metterlo da parte...
E mostrare l'impatto del pg sul resto del suo universo, se non proprio DCU.

La gestione di Morry non sarebbe la stessa senza Batman & Robin con Dick nei panni di Bats.
E ogni grande storia DC, non può non essere una grande storia di Superman.

Tanto i pg ritornano sempre, però a volte ha senso gustarsi un NUOVO Batman o un NUOVO Superman, APPUNTO perchè vogliamo bene a Bruce e Clark.

Molto probabilmente questo Future State non si rivelerà il genere di storia di cui sto parlando ora, ma appunto qualcosa come Batman & Robin di Morry.
Tra l'altro, è proprio quello che volevo per il piccolo Jon e mi mangio le mani!!!

Quando avevamo il Superdad durante il Rebirth scritto da Tomasi, alcuni si lamentavano dicendo che fosse tutto filler "eh ma non succede niente, è sempre la solita solfa!" quando invece...
Con Jon, era cambiato il mondo per Supes.
Poi è vero, Superman è sempre stato e sempre sarà un modello di ispirazione, un mentore, quindi potrebbe sembrare che la faccenda non sia molto differente e che le dinamiche siano sempre le stesse, ma quando il tuo Legacy character è proprio il tuo stesso figlio e non un pg a random, allora le cose cambiano di un bel po'.
Storie che per noi potrebbero essere di passaggio per i pg diventano un passaggio importantissimo.

E specialmente per Jon, perchè è figlio di Superman ed essere Superman significa essere tutta una serie di cose...
Volevo un lunghissimo e grandissimo percorso per il piccolo Jon, invece Bendis ha rovinato tutto.

E tutto quello che LUI sta facendo/ha fatto potrebbe sembrare "rivoluzionario" (pff ma neanche, guarda...) ma in realtà è sempre la solita minestra riscaldata.

Io tratto questi pg come se fossero delle persone reali, e per via di tutto un discorso di nature vs. nurture, siccome Clark è Superman per via di tutte le sue esperienze, quello che ha imparato dai Kents, dalla LOSH, ma volendo anche dalla JSA...ebbene io volevo la stessa cosa per Jon.

Se hai dei genitori come i Kents diventi uno come Superman, ma se hai Superman stesso come tuo padre??? Jon sarebbe stato un Superman MIGLIORE!
Non dico che volevo un Lone wolf & Cub per Supes & Jon, quello funzionerebbe più per Bruce & Damian (e lo hanno fatto!), ma volevo proprio questi momenti, queste perle alla GoW con Kratos e Atreus:

Invece quel pelato mi ha cacciato Jon in una Terra parallela dove ha dovuto passare ANNI di inferno con un Superman cattivo, infatti è ritornato che era già un teenager e poi spedito nel futuro con la LOSH, dove passerà ancora chissà quanti anni, ma ohhhh!?!?!?
Ha passato pochissimo tempo con Superman!

E ora, in Future State, sarà Superman.
Qualcosa che mi sarebbe andato bene se le cose fossero state gestite bene, perchè mi rendo conto che poter leggere Jon come Superman...insomma, per forza di cose la storia sarà sicuramente ambientata nel futuro, magari una roba come Future's End/State oppure Batman 666.

Ma non così...non quando ti sei bruciato così tante tappe.
Jon ha veramente pochissime ragioni per diventare Superman e sicuramente 0 per diventare un Superman migliore di Clark.
Volevo che si chiudesse tutto un cerchio col passaggio generazionale e invece...
