Damn, ci sono certe parti di questa intervista dove pare tremendamente disperato....c'è un punto dove è pure arrivato a giurare sui suoi figli... per una cazzata!
E tutto questo perchè? Perchè vuole sentirsi rilevante?
Lui non ce l'ha con Didio, ma con Geoff!
Didio è quello che gli ha sempre parato il culo, la ragione per cui ci siamo spostati dal Rebirth alle storie legate al suo Metal del cazzo, però c'è stato un punto dove lo abbiamo lasciato in background, pure ora di recente, ma specialmente durante il Rebirth.
Poi da una parte vuole raccontare una storia al pari di Doomsday Clock, però deep down sa bene che sta scrivendo delle bimbominkiate con draghi e città senzienti e la solita roba trash, qua poi ha dato la "colpa" a Capullo, hahah infame!!!
Però ecco, a leggerlo sembrava un po'...imbarazzato.

Prendiamo questa parte:

after this, we're going to change our status a bit. We want to be able to try different projects, different things, and it's been a decade so we felt what better way to end with a huge event. I can't overstate how big the ending of this is going to get. (ahhh merda! ) It has every planet in the Multiverse fighting in one way or another, it has a new set of evil planets formed but it's giant, epic stuff with huge, cosmic consequences for the DCU.

And to be frank, the landscape over at DC changed a lot over the past year, and while we were supportive of all the plans before the editorial and administrative change, we weren't really part of those plans. (giusto così, cazzo!) We were just kind of doing the story we had planned for three years and, if those stories didn't link up, we would at least be able to create something that we loved. And DC was supportive of us and we were supportive of DC. But now that the landscape has opened up on the other side, we're actually a really big part of helping build that architecture, we're very proud of what's coming in the future. So it's an end to one era and we're having a lot of fun setting up what's coming on the other side. I just recommitted to be part of DC post-Death Metal but in a different way; I want to be able to focus on projects that are less event-driven and -- as much as this one is different -- I want less, because I want to flex different muscles.

My favorite stuff is stuff that respects the past, respects the true to the core of the characters and is always cautious and careful with that, then tries a few things that are additive. Stuff like what Geoff Johns does, stuff like what Jason Aaron does over at Marvel. Here, I love what Jeff Lemire wrote and the way Brian Michael Bendis is adding to the Superman mythos all over the place.

Cioè ovviamente ormai non gli basta più essere un Morrison-wannabe, ma...credo da Metal in poi, vuole essere anche un Geoff-wannabe, questo qua si è praticamente fatto una carriera riciclando le loro storie, e io non avrei problemi a vedere dei "students" che superano i loro gurus, anzi...sarebbe proprio il top (è stato proprio così con Geoff!), ma questo qua non ha mai imparato le lezioni giuste, perchè se lo avesse fatto...lasciamo stare quello che ha scritto, prendiamo il quote, dopo non sarebbe andato a menzionare Bendis, avrebbe dovuto fermarsi con Aaron (non so nemmeno cosa intenda dire con Lemire) per preservare un po' di credibilità...

Nah, io già capito cosa sta succedendo, ovvero la solita guerra fredda fra le due DC, una fra le visioni di Geoff e...quello di Didio, Snyder probabilmente si è sentito preso di mira, ma in realtà Geoff manco lo calcola, lui sta andando avanti a raccontare la sua storia, percorre la solita vecchia strada, Snyder invece...siccome lo avevano tolto da Batman e se non fosse stato per All Star Batman, manco avrebbe avuto un posto in casa DC, ma non perchè non lo volevano, ma perchè....che cazz, era tutto occupato....
Jurgens si trova in questa posizione da una vita, ma mica si lamenta!
Mentre Snyder è stato uno dei loro lead writers a partire dal Reboot, anche dopo storie del cazz, quindi non rompere le palle cavolo!

Right now, the way Perpetua and the Batman Who Laughs function in the story is that the heroes learn that Crises past have contorted the timeline and the DC timeline was been twisted by these Crises; almost knotted at certain moments and caused us to forget certain stories and caused us to start over at different times, to feel twisted and separated from our own past and future. And Doctor Manhattan, in Doomsday Clock, tried to right that aspect of our timeline but, for some reason, it didn't fully take effect. And so the heroes are looking for a bigger way to unite the DCU in a single storyline that links everyone and tells the ways that we're all connected and part of one community.

Eee for "some reason" chissà perchè eh? Chissà perchè non stanno calcolando DClock, fancuore a Didio e a tutti questi nabbi del cazz che stanno sempre lì pronti a rovinare i piani di Geoff.
Non rispettano il volere dell'autore da cui prendono il mondo, sono dei fottuti parassiti!
Non avessero avuto questa fretta del cazz di giocare subito con certi elementi, forse avrebbero potuto sistemare la continuity per bene, mentre invece ora DClock pare quasi un elseworld, però stranamente ci sono delle conseguenze lo stesso!
Hanno fatto un rilancio LOSH pazzesco, piazzando Bendis come writer, 0 ritardi, vendite da urlo!
Però vabbe, nessuno poteva prevedere il fuck you da parte di Geoff col concetto del Metaverse!
L'importante è sistemare la continuity, farlo attraverso DClock sarebbe stato sensato, dato che...RAO MIO è nato appunto per fare QUESTO, ma come abbiamo visto nelle pagine finali...Ha sistemato OGNI reboot immaginabile, quindi va ben oltre ad un...universo post Death Metal o quello che è...

Ho perso ogni speranze per il DClock Ketchup tho, e questo è il vero e ultimo fuck you di Didio a Geoff, attraverso il suo 5G e ora dove si trova? Non solo Didio, ma anche il comic nelle solicits, tutto sta cambiano per via del suo licenziamento, ma anche per via del virus, l'intera industria dei comics si trova nella merda, l'ultima cosa che devono fare è mandare in pensione i vecchi eroi e sostituire gente come Batman con Batwing.
Non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere.

Comunque è veramente imbarazzante, invece di lasciare un piccolo angolo ad uno come Geoff, uno che ha fatto...tanto per la DC, non gli fanno nemmeno scrivere questi pg di serie B come la LOSH e JSA, pg che la DC ha ignorato per tipo 10 anni, e ora fanno di tutto per pestargli i piedi...
Diamine, ora mi aspetto anche una saturazione del pg di Superboy Prime!
Magari sempre per mano di Bendis o Snyder.

Se solo avessero aspettato ad implementare i piani di Geoff post DClock invece di partire a random con un 5G guidato da un Wally-Manhattan perchè...bho, perchè sì...Sigh.

Huh...forse mi ero sbagliato su Snyder e Didio...

Cioè Didio stava pianificando il 5G, qualcosa dove...non c'era posto per Snyder (un po' come nel Rebirth) e Scott invece voleva gettare le basi per le SUE storie.

Ora questo dice poco o niente, sappiamo qualcosa del 5G e...vabbe, meglio non dire niente, ora vedremo quello che vuole settare Snyder.

Quindi tutto il discorso del creatore e della creazione fatto da Morrison in Crisi Finale e Multiversity è andato a banane....fantastico.

Mobius creato da subito come guardiano dell'Antimateria manda a banane tutto quanto detto su di lui in Darkseid War ....ottimo.

Ora attendo solo la Grande Rivelazione:

Perpetua è solo la serva di un'entità superiore!

Ti dico solo che sto sclerando (ma di brutto) da...praticamente quando è partita questa merdata, ovvero da Metal!
Non so se quelle righe su wiki rendono giustizia alle cazzate che ha fatto Snyder, ma probabilmente basta e avanza a far incazzare un lettore (ma anche writer) che se ne intende di queste cose.
L'ho detto molte volte, se Snyder si limitasse a raccontare le sue storie "normali" invece di andare a toccare roba che non capisce per niente, io...non dico che avrei 0 problemi con lui, ma sicuramente meno della metà rispetto ad ora.

Va bene Darkseid, ma non so quanto senso abbia giocare con versioni alternative dell'Anti-Monitor o Superboy Prime (che viene dalla nostra terra in poche parole) essendo pg Multiversali, poi ok...volendo potrei giustificarlo col Metaverse però heh...

Poi userà anche Wally/Manhattan, io sono senza parole, ma quanti pg OP gli servono per gonfiare queste storie di merda???

Come per l'ultima storia di Bendis su Superman, anche qui con Snyder, temo in un loro ultimo vaffan****/dito medio rivolto ai pg/storie/fan, in altre parole, un ultimo grande stravolgimento prima di passare la patata ad un altro povero writer che dovrà gestire tutte le conseguenze.

Poi anche qui è veramente imbarazzante la situazione, perchè invece di gestire le conseguenze di DClock, è come se la storia di Geoff fosse out-of-continuity/un elseworld e tutta l'attenzione del DCU è rivolta verso Snyder, beh un tempo era 5G, ma siccome Didio è stato licenziato...

lol, avevo pensato la STESSA cosa, questo è veramente il modo migliore per risolvere questo casino, ovvero retconnare l'OC di Snyder.
