Like several other lower-selling Marvel titles, Zeb Wells, Dylan Burnett, Mike Spicer and Cory Petit's Ant-Man finished off its run as a digital-first series. While it's set to be collected in print, this charming series ends on a surprisingly epic note as Scott Lang continues to deal with the villainous Macrothrax Bug Lords in the Savage Land.

Like many of the best Scott Lang stories, this tale centers on the relationship between Scott and his daughter Cassie, who is currently serving as his superhero partner Stinger. While it still has the humor -- especially in its oversized sound effects -- and the warmth that are typical of Lang's best moments, Burnett and Spicer's vibrant art has a pinch of psychedelia that fits the surprisingly supernatural finale well. VERDICT: BUY
