Bendis è stato voluto più da Lee o DiDio? Perchè nel secondo caso, magari ce lo leviamo un po' dalle scatole, o meglio, inizierei ad avere un po' di speranza.

E forse è anche per questa ragione che già a distanza di 3 anni si sta per levare dalle palle da Superman.

Però...ormai è un writer DC e su qualche pg dovrà pur finire...siccome viene visto ancora come un Big e lui stesso pretende certe cose, non penso si metterà a scrivere pg di poco conto, ma lo spero.

Ya know...è triste che il post-outing di Supes sia questo...una scazzottata con Mongul...Tuttavia rimane comunque la testata migliore scritta da Bendis.

Io ho tagliato tutto con il passaggio dei diritti a Panini. Gli spillati a prescindere non li prenderò più. Voi che la leggete in lingua originale e siete più avanti, consigliati di recuperare in volumi, oppure tanto vale aspettare il prossimo rilancio? Avevo letto fino all'inizio di Levithan e trovavo carino, anche se in calo rispetto all'inizio...

Bendis conviene sempre leggerlo in volumi per via di come tende ad allungare il brodo, l'unico problema al massimo sono i crossovers o storie che partono in una testata e vengono ripresi nell'altra, tipo Young Justice e Action Comics.

Il rilancio con un nuovo writer chissà quando arriverà, sappiamo solo che sta per concludere la sua gestione su Supes, ma ha anche detto che è ancora presto per parlarne, insomma tutto questo casino è partito dopo una sua intervista dove probabilmente si è spiegato male, penso comunque che abbia già completato il 50% se non di più della sua run.
Quindi mal che vada, scriverà il pg ancora per 2 anni, altrimenti già nel 2021 avremo un nuovo writer.

Praticamente Bendis che ci fa un recap della sua gestione, per quale scopo? Heh, per dimostrare la merda che ha passato Superman, per dimostrare il dramma nella sua gestione, boh, fatto sta che rammentare tutte quelle cose mi ha solo fatto bollire il sangue.
Vegognoso quello che ha fatto a Jor-El e Jon o a Kandor.

Spero che il prossimo scrittore sia migliore e cancelli tutto quello fatto da Bendis, così tornerò a leggere l'azzurrone.

Un paio di retcons sono doverose, altre cose bisogna solo sistemarle, poi però ci sono alcune questioni come quella di Jor-El/Mr.Oz dove ha semplicemente ammazzato il potenziale di certe storie.

Non c'è redenzione per queste cose.

Dobbiamo comunque stringere le chiappe, perche come al solito, prima di andarsene a quel paese, quasi sicuramente sgancerà un ultima merdata di twist.

Brian Bendis on Creating a New Kind Of Villain for Superman #SDCC

Brian Bendis had a lot to say about new Superman villain Synmar, being introduced in Superman #25 out in September.

"We thought, you know, we have a Superman #25, it's a big double sized anniversary issue. What a grand opportunity to put the new toy in the Superman toy box and create a villain. We thought wouldn't it be great to create a villain whose mindset its so different from anything that he has seen on Earth or anything that Superman relates to. This is a person that there's no part that the Superman can relate to so he has to like back up and come up with a different set of ways to deal with this. Not just that, well I'll punch it in the face and see how that goes. Let's take it a step back and see how we can handle an adversary of ignorance. We don't understand each other, let's figure it out and we have no way to communicate,not physically let's figure out a way to communicate. So I thought that would be an interesting way to celebrate Superman, what does he bring that no other superhero can bring, and if this villain brings that out it, you've created a new villain as well."
