Alla fine lo story arc è stato carino, non eccezionale, ma godibile. Si salva solo per i fantastici disegni di Pasarin che valgono tutto l'albo. Hitch è sempre lì lì dallo svelare qualcosa, ma poi nulla...

Fernando Pasarin has turned out to be quite a find on this series. If Justice League can't have Bryan Hitch as the artist of every issue, then it might as well be Pasarin. Pasarin does the best Hitch impression I've seen in comics, and he absolutely nails the widescreen action and the human emotions. There's one panel with Superman late in the issue that says so much without a single word. That's a beautiful thing, and a testament to Pasarin's skills as an artist. That said, Hitch's time travel epic kind of peters out as the real antagonist stands revealed. Neither Molly nor Tempus the Timeless Mind are exactly evil, but neither of them are a very convincing threat to the Justice League. This issue keeps dropping hints that a much bigger evil is on the horizon, but that constant foreshadowing doesn't make for a very exciting conclusion. We're curious about Hitch's endgame with this comic, and hopefully the next storyline will begin to clear things up again. -Blair

Damn, ma i piani alti stanno monitorando quello che sta combinando Hitch sulla JL? Perchè a differeza di gente come Abnett, sembra che sia sempre lì per lì sul raccontare/svelare un segreto legato al Rebirth!
Ma la testata non viene mai sbandierata...bhe in nessun modo.
Stando agli Editors, questa storia è ambientata prima di Superman Reborn, quindi teoricamente non dovrebbe dire cose nuove, ma...sta palesemente giocando con i Watchmen senza mai nominarli esplicitamente, anche col finale di JLA aveva sganciato un piccola bomba con la parola "Crisis", massì dai è una parola come tante, specialmente in casa DC, cosa vuoi che sia?
Quindi se il nemico a cui si sta riferendo implicitamene è Manhattan, bhe allora sono azzi amari per tutti, perchè tutti gli altri autori non hanno ancora affrontato determinate cose...

secondo me si è limitato a dare solo indizi, così come accade in altre serie. non svela nulla e la maggior parte delle informazioni ci portato a cose che già sappiamo.
ad esempio con superman tira fuori la stessa tiritera dell'anomalia.
della minaccia che ha creato problemi nello flusso temporale già sapevamo.
che la terra è il centro del problema ci si era arrivati, qui abbiamo una ulteriore conferma.

Uh...Ancora una volta, Hitch tira fuori una premessa interessante!
Per colpa di Flash, tutta la League è bloccata in un loop e non è facile nemmeno viaggiare nel tempo!

Even knowing that Bryan Hitch has a tendency to revisit the same themes and conflicts over and over with this series, it's a little bizarre to see another time travel-centric arc right on the heels of "Timeless." The good news is that the Groundhog Day-esque premise does help distinguish the two. It also helps that Hitch structures his story efficiently, throwing readers (and Barry Allen) right into the thick of things and forcing them to make sense of the chaos over time. I don't think it's any coincidence that these shorter, in-between storylines tend to be stronger than the main conflict. They force Hitch to do more with less. Plus, it's always nice seeing Hitch pull double duty as artist as well as writer. Hitch's style lacks some of the clean precision seen in previous collaborators like Fernando Pasarin (the presence of multiple inkers doesn't help), but there's a real sense of sale and drama to this conflict. Even with a key moment being repeated over and over again, Hitch continually finds new ways to depict the carnage and human drama. -Jesse

It's become a rare thing to see an issue of the Justice League written and drawn by Bryan Hitch. Daniel Henriques and Scott Hanna's inks don't mesh with Hitch's style quite as well as Paul Neary's inks did on Hitch's previous projects, but this issue is still a really good-looking comic. This is the second installment of a two-part story, and Hitch manages to bring it to a satisfying conclusion while taking the time to establish the emotional stakes for both the Flash and the man he assumes to be the villain. The closing pages also touch upon the repeating motifs of Hitch's run, which seem to finally be leading into something. There's been a lot of setup for this story... almost too much setup. The payoff needs to be worth it, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Hitch has a good handle on the Justice League, this book just hasn't hit its high point yet. -Blair
