Benjamin Percy and Patrick Zircher created such a fascinating mood and atmosphere over this three issue arc that it almost feels like a waste to have it all end so quickly. Green Arrow #43 is the conclusion to an arc about preemptive crime-stopping drones that were turning Seattle into an Orwellian nightmare. The problem with the conclusion is how quickly it comes about. The creators spend so much of the issue evocatively showing what Seattle has become, only to have the threat end with no payoff to the average citizens. Also disappointing is the way the two villains behind it turn against each other. We never got enough of either character to get a good sense of them so the turnaround comes from nowhere. It's an anticlimactic end to an engaging first arc. -Levi

Ma cos'è questa testata? Regas io non voglio esagerare, ma io ho già trovato il rimpiazzo di Lemire, infatti sto alla grande con Percy!
Seriamente, il suo storytelling è molto "old school"!
Questo numero, non so perche, è stato un po' sbrigativo

Emiko è scritta mooolto bene, anche Henry e dopo tanto tempo, ritorna il mio hype per Green Arrow!

Incredibile un altro numero che mi ha letteralmente rapito
C'è tanta tanta qualità in questa serie, tutto grazie a Ben e Zircher/Fiorentino
Ogni numero ha un suo tema, e vedere Ben giocar queste carte, il suo modo di presentare una determinata storia...bhe è lodevole!

Pure a me.
I primi due numeri mi erano piaciuti, nulla di strepitoso, ma molto interessanti.

Hopefully you like animals because Green Arrow takes a backseat in this issue as we get the origin story of Oliver Queen's new canine companion, and even a bit about that wolf-dog's mother and father. Yes, this is an issue dedicated almost exclusively to wolves told via narration by a fortune teller. It's an unusual story, and regardless of how jarring you may or may not find the transition, it's not a particularly well told story. That's partly due to the art change, Fabrizio Fiorentino handles the bulk of the issue and while his style meshes well with Patrick Zircher's bookends, his panel layouts and camera angle decisions leave something to be desired. It's a strange issue that just doesn't quite work on any level. -Levi

Arrivato e divorato il numero 43
Credo si possa considerare la fine del primo arco narrativo e devo dire: Percy c'è!

Sono moooolto soddisfatto e ritengo che l'autore stia facendo un buonissimo lavoro, al momento. Non voglio gasarmi troppo né fare paragoni, perché siamo solo all'inizio, ma...se andiamo avanti così siamo in ottime mani! Per cui, spero che Percy non stecchi e che la DC non si intrometta.
