Sono sempre stato un cane in inglese, quindi chiede conferma. Batman sta già parlando al passato quindi quella frase è da intendere  come "La seria ha detto: "Ce ne sono tre"" e non "La sedia ha detto "Ce n'erano tre"".

Mi sa che hai ragione, mi pare che la costruzione dei tempi verbali in qst caso sia diversa dall'italiano. Cmq in fin dei conti  è sempre Batman che riporta ciò che gli ha detto la sedia, e come il gioco del telefono senza fili ci insegna, in questi casi tutto può essere

"The Forge"

La costruzione dell'evento mi ha ricordato quella degli eventi Marvel.
Mi piace che Snyder stia utilizzando alcuni elementi che aveva disseminato qua e là durante la sua gestione di Batman.
Quando Hal si è trovato faccia a faccia con Duke ho subito pensato ad All Star, ma le cose prendono una piega diversa e c'è una battuta che ho apprezzato: Hal esprime tutta la titubanza sul continuo arruolamento di ragazzini da parte di Batman. Condivido.
Devo ammettere che anche questa volta, malgrado la consueta prolissità, Snyder è riuscito a catturare la mia attenzione. Sono molto curioso, ma sono altrettanto consapevole che spesso sotto il fumo l'arrosto cucinato da Scott è poco.
Del resto, mi aspetto una divertente tamarrata ben disegnata, niente di più. Già da questo capitolo si riscontra l'alta qualità dei disegni.

"The casting"

Mi ha preso molto anche questa seconda lettura, sebbene abbia alti e bassi e non tutto sia chiaro.
Anch'io come altri ho avuto una sensazione di confusione durante e a fine lettura.
Mi ha sorpreso la rivelazione riguardante Duke, ma non mi ha fatto storcere il naso. Tutto il discorso del Joker è stato interessante.
Spero che dal gran calderone esca qualcosa di buono. Che sia tutto buono è davvero difficilissimo.

L'unica vera pecca di tutta la saga sono i disegni di Romita, il resto può piacere o meno, ma quelli proprio no.

Preferisco Lee, ma Romita mi piace. Dei tre qui coinvolti, il disegnatore che apprezzo meno è Kubert.
