Age of Ultron Vs. Marvel Zombies (USA) di J. Robinson

This series wraps up in pretty much the only way it could, with Ultron's forces teaming up with the Marvel Zombies to devour the citizens of Salvation. Writer James Robinson has certainly ramped up the stakes for this final issue. There's plenty of tension to this script as hank Pym works feverishly to enact his anti-Ultron plan. Meanwhile, the emotional goodbyes between Vision, Wonder Man and Human Torch and their respective loves ones gives this battle a deeper context. Steve Pugh's art is great at highlighting this raw emotion while also rendering the invading hordes of robo-zombies with ample scale and detail. The brief interplay between Pugh's art in the present and Paul Rivoche's flashback to Pym's days in Timely also works very well. Unfortunately, after all this build-up the climax is too abrupt for its own good. This issue really could have used a couple extra pages to help give the conflict the finish it deserved. -Jesse
