Ma come, Merryman compare anche in Superman Beyond, il tie-in di Crisi Finale.
Se poi hai letto anche Seven Soldiers, c'è una comparsata pure di Dumb Bunny nella storia di Bulleteer.
In ogni caso, con me, questa serie resta sullo scaffale. In fumetteria c'è ancora il numero 1 in grosse quantità.

It doesn't take long for an issue of Bat-Mite to get on your nerves. The character is just so unrelentingly chipper, and obtuse, and inconsistently powered that what starts out as funny can turn into a slog eventually. Enter: Damian Wayne, a character who is the complete antithesis to all of this (with even less patience for the little guy than the readers). The odd couple superhero pairing perfectly manages to point out Bat-Mite's shortcomings, while also celebrating them compared to Robin's dour attitude (and boy, Corin Howell draws one brooding Damian). The creator's even provide with a baddie so annoying that Robin and Bat-Mite can't help but team up. It's a fun critique of the different styles and attitudes of superheroes and the best issue of Bat-Mite yet. -Levi

Dan Jurgens pushes the boundaries on this all-ages book at times, throwing in references and innuendoes that would undoubtedly soar over the top of smaller readers' heads. Yet this multiversal imp, while not being quite the meta character, has a childlike view of the world and thus gives us a fresh perspective on tired superhero tropes, such as this wink-at-the-audience obligatory first meeting fight between Robin and Bat-Mite. The stakes are inconsequential, rubber banding us from stoner jokes to Z-Grade villains, in the delightful cartoony style of Corin Howell. With a dose of Scooby Doo (literally in the case of the Shaggy-esque character Weed), this is a positively fun salute to all things DC across the Multiverse.
