Eeee Percy mi piace, funziona su Wolverine...per quel poco che ha fatto, mi ha convinto. :ahsisi:

Diciamo che mi aspettavo qualcosa in più per il ritorno di Logan.
Spero che Percy riesca a farmi ricredere...

Contento che finalmente parte la sua ongoing ma volevo altro sinceramente. Kubert come disegnatore ok ma Percy mmm... la sua mini presa dal podcast non mi ha convinto però l'ho apprezzato su Arrow quindi resto curioso dai.

Percy mi sembra uno scrittore mediocre, ma sono contenta che Wolvie sia tornato.

Quello che ho letto di Percy in DC mi ha sempre regalato spunti interessanti e nello sviluppo solo Nightwing non ha rispettato le aspettative, perciò gli do fiducia.

Meh... mi aspettavo di meglio per il rilancio di Wolverine, tutto quello che ho letto in DC di Percy andava dal mediocre al sufficiente...

Secondo: Il team artistico mi piace! Tra l'altro sto rileggendo cronologicamente tutte le testate Ultimate e Kubert lo sto apprezzando anche sugli X-Men (anche se ogni tanto sgarra e ricordando i '90..meh). Percy invece in DC mi ha interessato molto :sisi:

Mado quanto tempo che è passato! :D

Grandissimo Percy, imho coglie per bene lo spirito di Wolverine, lo ha scritto abbastanza bene.
Parte in quinta con un primo numero extra-sized, grazie alla faccenda Krakoa, si trova gran parte della pappa pronta inoltre è affiancato a due bravi artists, Kubert nel corso degli anni ha cominciato a perdere molti colpi, ma non qua.

La DC non ha mai saputo usare per bene Bogdanovic, a parte quella piccola parentesi durante DC Rebirth su AC con Oz Effect ecc...ma d'altronde...quel periodo era praticamente perfetto.

Quindi sono contento che sia passato alla Marvel.

Avere Percy sia qua che su X-Force è -ovviamente- la scelta più giusta. :ahsisi:

Bell'inizio, il personaggio c'è e la storia anche. È da vedere se riuscirà a rialzare un po' il livello medio a cui ci hanno abituato negli ultimi anni su questa testata.
L'unica cosa che veramente non ho capito è in che modo le due trame siano collegate tra loro, nella prima c'è un plot e nella seconda un altro. Boh.
Bogdanovich fenomenale, è davvero piacevole e in qualche modo mi ricorda Capullo.

Questa è la vera maledizione di Wolverine, lo è sempre stata, gente che lo manipola, lo usa come un'arma, lo tratta come un animale.

Non vuole dare tempo al writer di "settare il mood" della testata, e pretende una trama scoppiettante da subito e...che cazz, sarà anche comprensibile, ma siamo solo al secondo numero...
Poi pure io concordo con lui su certe cose, ma alla fine non sono così severo una volta arrivati al giudizio finale. :nono:

Poi vabbe, dopo un po' comincia a dire certe cose che...francamente credo che avrebbe smerdato anche Old Man Logan, giusto per non spoilerare quello che succede in questo numero, detto tutto. :ahsisi:

Continuo a dire che la serie mi sembra scritta con competenza ma finora non mi ha ancora convinto a pieno.
Ci sono molti elementi della grammatica del personaggio ma nessuna vera nuova idea.
Percy è un autore che reputo nella media, su GA fece un lavoro discreto ma non indimenticabile, qui mi pare viaggi sullo stesso livello qualitativo.
Insomma per il ritorno di Wolvie mi aspettavo qualcosa di davvero spettacolare, uno star writer. Comunque, vedremo come va avanti

Non avrei potuto esprimere meglio ciò che penso in merito a questi primi due numeri.

Esteticamente bello assai, ma è come quando aspetti per settimane un evento, e poi ti ritrovi a sbadigliare ed aver voglia di vedere che si dice altrove, per capire se è il caso di darsela a gambe.

Nella chart mostrano anche tutti gli altri eeee non è che me ne intendo moltissimo, ma io (la mia hermana e mamacita) sono O+, non è molto raro, mentre O- dovrebbe essere quello più raro in assoluto, seguito da B+ (quello del mio papacito), mentre invece sarebbe AB-? Huh... :mmm:

Si ricordano l'azzata dei lupoidi di Loeb in Wolverine Evoluzione? Che poi a me non era neanche dispiaciuta molto, ricordo di aver letto qualcosa di simile anche in Paradise X, là le retcon erano abbastanza pesanti e ovviamente non erano canon.

Anyway, sono molto curioso.

Numero semplice, ma bello e l'opening ti porta davvero a riflettere su certe cose...sul futuro dei mutanti, la natura dei Marvel Comics, e la LORO versione del "Never ending battle".
Chissà cosa ha in mente di fare Hickman con gli X-Men, ora come ora il futuro sembra ricco di promesse, una paradiso mutante sembra quasi essere un sinonimo di un inferno umano tho, ma questo perchè l'ha voluto il writer o meglio...è qualcosa che lo richiede la storia stessa, altrimenti sarebbe tutto...noioso?

Penso ai mutanti o pg come Spidey, Hulk o DD...la tragedia sembra essere il vero motore che gli fa andare avanti, non c'è quella speranza innata come nel DCU, anche i pg Marvel aspirano alle stesse cose, ma non è questo il loro habitat naturale e questo lo trovo molto....affascinante. :mmm:

Parlando sempre di trattare i mutanti come dei New Gods -perchè boh, ultimamente è questo quello che mi frulla in testa- è peccato che in tutti questi anni è qualcosa che non abbiano mai affrontato per bene o anche brevemente, tipo in un What If? o timeline alternativa.
Ora Hickman potrebbe addirittura farlo nella main continuity, sarebbe pazzesco e io ci spero.

Però mi rendo conto che togliere paura, odio, discriminazione di ogni tipo dalle storie mutanti...sarebbe quasi come dare una sentenza di morte, ma imho è solo questione di pensare out of the box. :3

La natura della Fossa (così mi vien da tradurla) è semplice quanto subdola, anche in relazione alla spiegazione/minaccia di Charles fatta a Creed sulla sua permanenza su Krakoa..

Il filo conduttore è comunque quello classico, parlando del pg, cioè tentare di scappare e fare il culo a tutti. Però sta cercando di farlo in maniera parecchio intelligente rispetto i suoi standard.. dall'interno, in profondità.
E comunque ancora una volta si è parlato di come non sia tutto perfetto su Krakoa, da queste punizioni "estreme" alla disparità tra mutanti.

Hi guys, cominciata la lettura con il 1° capitolo (sì, al momento solo quello) di questo TP. Mancando io da un bel po' di tempo dalle scene mutanti mi trovo leggermente spaesato, tuttavia la trama proposta sembra semplicemente comprensibile e credo di essere abbastanza sul pezzo.
Il problema è appena emerso e l'indagine non è che all'inizio. Trovo pregevole il modo in cui sia stato strumentalizzato (com'è giusto che sia) l'Order of X, o meglio gli Xs, per chiarirci gli effetti - devastanti - del "polline" :hatter: 


Un uomo del governo diffidente, e trasandato in stile grande Lebowski, prende il caso sul personale e affiancherà i mutanti nel tentativo di smantellare questo nuovo - spietato - cartello della droga, il Flower Cartel.
Disegni: Bogdanovic > Kubert, ma non disdegno neppure il secondo.
Diciamo che per ora ho visto poco... ma quel poco che ho visto mi piace :evilgrin:  E adesso che abbiamo assistito a ciò che è successo prima, vedremo com'è andato l'appuntamento.

P.S.
Vi chiedo una cortesia, per aiutarmi a prendere confidenza con lo strumento, non è che mi direste in breve, per sommi capi, come si è arrivati ai mutanti che vivono tranquilli e beati su Krakoa portando avanti un'attività farmaceutica controllata? Ah, e controllata da chi esattamente?

Da un lato mi dico, ancora, probabilmente una delle cose più abusate degli ultimi (tanti) anni... dall'altro lato però mi dico, meglio loro che gli alieni. Quantomeno hanno quel "macabro fascino" da vecchio continente e non si finirà nello spazio, e poi il coinvolgimento di Omega Red rende la situazione più appetibile. Stiamo a vedere come si evolve la cosa, e che ci azzeccano col polline e l'albina :mmm:

La trama principale mi pare vada un po' a rilento, il fatto che abbiano saltato un paio di capitoli (il #6 ed il #7) per l'evento X of Swords di certo non ha aiutato... Ma! La movimentata asta che ha messo in luce un paio di cattivoni decisamente interessanti :w00t:


Per non parlare di una vecchia nostalgica conoscenza, ha mantenuto viva la fiamma della speranza nella capacità di Percy di gestire questa testata.
Proseguo confidando che la mia fiducia non sia mal riposta -_-

Carino, però ho come l'impressione che il personaggio sia un po' "imbrigliato". Se c'è il rischio che vada ad interferire con la serie ammiraglia sarebbe meglio lasciar perdere Krakoa e quant'altro, puntando piuttosto su altri personaggi secondari (ce n'è un'infinità di inutilizzati e dall'altissimo potenziale) per costruire avventure stand alone che mettano al centro di tutto l'artigliato canadese. Non pretendo il Wolverine all'Inferno di Aaron (magari :rolleyes: ) però qualcosa di meglio si può sicuramente fare. Comunque è ancora presto per dare giudizi e pare proprio che la questione coi vampiri non sia finita, spero di ricredermi.

Per l'hype che avevano pompato su Solem ha deluso ampiamente le aspettative, si è rivelato una mera macchietta; persino il vascello ha già fatto una brutta fine.
Fortuna che poi rientra in campo l'agente Bannister e a mettere un po' di pepe ci pensano un paio di personaggi che mi piacciono davvero parecchio su questa testata: The Merchant e Maverick :w00t:


La vignetta conclusiva mi ha fatto letteralmente ingrifare :evilgrin:



A chiudere il tp il capitolo #19, uno one-shot né carne né pesce. Ok, forse pesce sì :asd:
Una di quelle riflessioni filosofiche esistenziali che difficilmente riesce a stimolarmi, tra l'altro è pure quello disegnato peggio <_<

Confido di rivedere ancora i 2 tizi sopracitati e pure la Legacy House all'opera, perché qui possono fare molto bene a mio avviso :sisi:

Altro numero ben scritto e molto godibile.
Ho letto abbastanza X-comics per dire che Logan farà sempre il culo a strisce a Hank e non solo perchè è il protagonista o uno dei good guys qui, Logan è estremamente intelligente a differenza di quello che vuole far credere.

E la sua esperienza vale pur qualcosa.

Ci prendiamo una piccola graaande siesta da Dark Beast dato che ora per Percy inizia il periodo dei team-ups e vs. a random fino a...damn, probabilmente #50 di questa testata e forse anche elseworlds con Wolverine vs. Predator.

Questa volta il crossover avviene con Ghost Rider, poca roba tho....

Ancora un ultimo team-up e poi avremo Creed!
