CitazioneWriter Gail Simone will author the first Domino ongoing series, based around "risqué, hardcore action," starting in April.

In the series, Domino will find herself hunted by the Marvel Universe's other mercenaries - including a mystery villain described as "the one man who hates her more than anything in the world." Marvel's press release also says Domino "must fight for her life against her biggest threat – herself."

It's no coincidence that Simone was chosen for Domino - Marvel's statement points out Simone previously wrote Deadpool, one of Domino's longest running allies/enemies. Domino will also play a supporting role in this year's untitled Deadpool film sequel.

"My favorite characters are always the unpredictable ones, and with Domino, you literally never know which way the dice are going to roll," said series writer Gail Simone in a statement. "I love her, and I can't wait to show her best bad side!" "Domino will continue to be one of the breakout stars of WEAPON X, but fans have been clamoring to see her get the spotlight for some time now...well, your wish has been granted!" added series editor Chris Robinson.

No artist for the series was named, but its scheduled to debut April 11.

ma è in esclusiva o lavora per entrambe le case?

Non credo sia in esclusiva e credo che al momento scriva solo questa serie per le big two. Se non ricordo male con la DC si era lasciata malissimo.

Già nemmeno io vado matto per la Simone :nono: anzi...spesso mi sta proprio sulle scatole, infatti non mi aspetto grandi cose da questa testata, ma tanto arriverà al massimo 12 numeri...come spesso accade del resto... :lol:

Però alla fine ha continuato a lavorare con loro, tipo su Secret Six, poi magari non era nemmeno il suo ultimo lavoro, non ricordo... :mmm:

Uno dei miei 5 personaggi femminili Marvel preferiti, praticamente seguo Weapon-X solo per lei.
Spero che la serie non sia solo uno sfogo per via della sua presenza dell'ennesimo filmettino in uscita, ma che abbia una buona serie.
