Un adattamente della serie radio del 1940 di Supes, e ha un taglio kid-friendly, la run di Yang su Supes durante il DCYOU non mi fece impazzire, ma qua è perfetto. :lol:

Davvero bello questo primo numero della serie sicuramente destinata ai giovanissimi ma comunque ben scritta e disegnata e che può piacere anche a un pubblico più adulto. Le tematiche trattate non sono infatti per nulla leggere e anzi aprono il vaso di Pandora mostrando il razzismo dell'America degli anni '40 e le sue similitudini con la xenofobia tanto in voga nel mondo di oggi. Certi temi di ieri sono anche quelli di oggi rivestiti di una rinnovata retorica nazionalista o pseudo-patriottica ed è confortante vedere come, almeno nei fumetti, sia possibile sperare nell'arrivo di Superman, alieno a sua volta eppure simbolo di speranza e giustizia.
Ottimo prodotto che seguirò con piacere.

Molto bello anche questo numero, mi piace come il writer sia riuscito (molto facilmente) a legare certi aspetti della vita di Superman con quello che provano i nostri piccoli protagonisti in questo mondo pieno di discriminazione.
E ora manca solo il numero finale.

Bel numero incentrato sul rapporto non sempre facile di Superman con la sua doppia natura di alieno e di umano in relazione a una società che sta diventando multietnica, e che purtuttavia conosce il (ri)sorgere di movimenti razzisti e xebofobi.
Anche i disegni mi sono piaciuti molto.
