Bellissima conclusione, per una bellissima maxi!
Proprio non me lo aspettavo quel colpo di scena riguardo al VERO White Knight, hai capito!
Però funziona alla grande.
Tutto il lavoro di Murphy su questa maxi è... come se avesse messo giù la sceneggiatura per un film.
Segue una certa struttura ed è qualcosa che mi piace un sacco...sempre!
Il modo in cui è riuscito a farci apprezzare Joker/Napier e a farci...bhe, di fatto detestare Bats, era lodevole.
Non parliamo delle matite, spaccano di brutto.
Ci sono tantissime trovate che funzionano alla grande col pg di Bats e la sua mitologia, è andato ad esplorare un po' di tutto e ha fatto un bel lavoro, ha anche preso i suoi rischi con certi colpi di scena, ma con me hanno funzionato bene.
Molto bella quella lettera di Alfred, conosce Bruce come le sue tasche!
Il finale è molto interessante, onestamente non sento il bisogno di un sequel, mi sento soddisfatto, questa è una di quelle maxi da aggiungere alla mia Bat-lista.
Vedremo un sequel, e non me lo perderò, anzi...vorrei vedere qualcosa di simile anche con Supes!
Tempo di creare un Murphy-verse!

Sean Murphy's BATMAN: WHITE KNIGHT Joins DC's BLACK LABEL Imprint


Sean Murphy's recent Batman: White Knight miniseries is now the first release from DC's recently announced Black Label imprint. In a press release promoting the upcoming trade paperback release, DC bills it as as "[t]he first graphic novel in the new DC Black Label imprint..."

Murphy himself alluded to this possibility back in March 2018, tweeting that Batman: White Knight "was an unplanned success that caught everyone off guard. It might have been a Black Label book if I have waited a year- but in a way it accidentally jumped the gun. Who knows, maybe it'll be absorbed by Black Label."

Although the series was released prior to Black Label's announcement, it was edited by Black Label's lead editor Mark Doyle.

Batman: White Knight TPB is scheduled for release October 9.

Non posso che essere d'accordo con i vostri pareri positivi, White Knight è stato un piccolo gioiello sia per arte che per storia.
Come diceva Man of Steel ha un taglio molto cinematografico (anche in molte inquadrature) e in alcune parti devo dire che Murphy si è proprio divertito a darci sotto con le Batmobili!

L'unica cosa che mi dispiace è che non ho preso le variant, ma purtroppo le annunciavano sempre tardi...peccato perché le avrei prese quasi tutte

Ho letto il volume americano. Bella storia e bellissimi disegni!
Ho avvertito solo un passaggio farraginoso circa a metà, ma poi è stata una divertente e coinvolgente cavalcata fino a un finale scoppiettante. Nella prima metà, invece, abbiamo un'interessante costruzione della trama, con alcuni spunti veramente affascinanti.
Murphy pesca un po' qua e là dalla mitologia batmaniana, film compresi, perfino da Batman e Robin di Schumacher. Inutile dire che ho apprezzato molto tutti i riferimenti!
Sono contento che arrivi una nuova storia ambientata in questo mondo in cui c'è un futuro oltre Bruce e Harley ha un ruolo fondamentale.
Voto 8,5.
