Il numero #6 mette subito le basi per il nuovo Arc, e le mette bene.
Ovviamente non aspettatevi l'azione dei numeri precedenti, però la carne al fuoco è tanta, e come per i primi cinque spillati, meglio rimanere con la guardia alta perchè può succedere di tutto! Nota di merito

Numero molto bello, dopo quello scorso era ovvio questo sarebbe stato più riflessivo, ma va benissimo così. Più che altro mi sto un po' perdendo nel ricordarmi i personaggi,

Though on the slower side when compared to last issue's explosive finale, The Wicked + The Divine continues to hit a nice balance between external wonderment and internal strife. Kieron Gillen left seemingly little doubt as to where his next arc would be going, yet the resulting "one month later" plays out in surprisingly unexpected ways. Rather than dive right back into the Pantheon and their respective ilk, Gillen instead hones his focus on still-mortal Laura, offering valuable insight into her continued struggle of self. He uses multiple formats in which to do so, the strongest being a stirring internal monologue and a full deconstruction of the varied contents of her room. That's not to say there are no gods, as issue #6 brings us newcomer Inanna, a divination blessed Prince-clone (complete with purple rain entry). Her introduction and history - artfully depicted by Jamie McKelvie - serves to open up the book's direction, and while there remain plenty of pieces yet to place, the book's second arc is off to a solid start. -Jeff

After you witness a god's head explode, do you lose faith or do you soldier on in stronger belief than before? This issue explores that question as Laura reorients herself after her favorite god Lucifer was killed out on the streets by other gods. For a story focused around superstar gods, Kieron Gillen and Jamie McKelvie examine Laura's teenage idea of mourning and the void created after the absence of such an enigmatic creature. Gillen's story rewrites the last few issues of youthful divine rebellion into a grander mystery going back to the first issue; who would want these so-called gods dead and why. McKelvie's art pulsates like the best pop music, defining the world in a simple and unmistakable rhythm that opens up the questioning challenges of Gillen's story.

Meno male che ho riletto i vostri commenti, perché a fine lettura ero leggermente frustrato:

Trovo abbastanza complicata la lettura del fumetto, ovviamente lo svolgersi dell'azione lo capisci, ma a me che piace cogliere le sfumature è abbastanza impegnativo:

Insomma, tutto il pippozzo per dirvi che chissà quali altre perle mi sono già perso in tre numeri, bisogna essere concentrati  .
